Terms of sale

1. Purpose

These terms of sale set out how MINIADS sells its services. MINIADS specializes in creating YouTube thumbnails and the visual assets that go with them.

2. Seller details

3. Services offered

• YouTube thumbnail creation (one-off or in packs)
• Standard turnaround: 48 business hours maximum from the moment we receive the complete brief (unless stated otherwise)

4. Orders

Placing an order through the site or from a quote means you accept these terms in full. The information you give us when ordering must be accurate and up to date.

5. Pricing and payment

• Prices shown are in euros, including VAT
• Payment is due when the order is placed, through the secure methods offered (Stripe, bank transfer)
• No work starts before the payment has actually been received

6. Delivery

Files are delivered digitally (JPEG, PNG, etc.) by email or through a download link. Turnaround times are indicative. MINIADS cannot be held liable for delays caused by the client (assets or approvals sent late, etc.).

7. Revisions

Every thumbnail comes with unlimited rounds of revisions, within reason and within the scope of the original brief. Any substantial change outside the original brief will be invoiced separately.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom services fully performed before the end of the 14-day statutory period, where performance started with the client's express consent.

9. Refunds

If you are clearly unhappy with the work before the first version is delivered, a refund may be granted on request at contact@miniads.fr.

10. Liability

The client confirms they hold the rights to everything they send us (photos, logos, text, videos). MINIADS cannot be held liable for any improper use of the visuals supplied, nor for the commercial results (views, CTR) of using the thumbnails.

11. Intellectual property

The designs remain the intellectual property of MINIADS until the order is paid in full. Once paid for, they are assigned to the client for commercial use on YouTube and social media. MINIADS keeps the right to use the thumbnails it produces in its portfolio and its own communications. Any resale or reuse outside this scope requires a written agreement.

12. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
